I guess they all have weird... I feel weird about--Okay, so I love Spanish because I love my family. I think it's like I associate it with my family. But then when I think about it, I'm like, "Wow, our Indigenous tongue was just taken away from us." Like, that's not Central American. It's not our language, it's not, like, native to us, you know? It was brought by the colonizers, and it's a colonizer's language, right? But I love it, but I also am like... I hate it? And that's why like...

Okay, this is what I like about Spanish and like Central America is: every country you go, they have some weird-ass slang, and Nicaraguans have so much slang in the language where it's almost like... It's like "ghetto Spanish" and I love it so much! [laughter] 'Cause they say like crazy shit in it and it does come--some of the words come from like the Indigenous languages... But you know, we kind of lost that Indigenous language.
